Returns and Refunds
Please take care to ensure that the product you purchase is the correct one as we are not obliged to accept goods for refund if you simply change your mind about a product. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send it to us.
Send the products back at the below address along with your order number and full name the order was made under. Also email us at info@foxxifoamz.co.nz once sent with tracking number. This will help us to process refund payment quicker. Send to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
